It is a natural calcium silicate mineral with unique bundled long needle-like crystal structure, whose high aspect ratio endows excellent reinforcement and thermal stability.
Mainly composed of CaSiO₃ (calcium silicate) with purity over 95%, containing trace MgO, Fe₂O₃ and other oxides, free of harmful heavy metals.
Bundled structure retains longer crystal integrity, improves reinforcement by over 30%, enhances dispersibility in plastics/rubbers, and significantly reduces product shrinkage.
Aspect ratio 8-15:1, whiteness 85-92%, fineness 325-2500 mesh (adjustable), density 2.8-3.0g/cm³, Mohs hardness 4.5-5.0.
Widely used in plastics (reinforced PP/PA), ceramics (reducing firing temperature), coatings (improving weather resistance), friction materials (brake pad wear layer), and construction putty (anti-cracking).
Key indicators: crystal integrity (bundled structure under electron microscope), aspect ratio, whiteness stability, and heavy metal content (third-party test report required).
Fully compliant with EU REACH, RoHS directives and China GB/T 3286.10 standard, providing SGS environmental test report to support green production certification.
Customizable fineness (325-2500 mesh), aspect ratio (5-20:1), and surface treatment (silane/titanate modification), with MOQ of 5 tons per batch.
Store in dry and ventilated environment (humidity <60%), packed in kraft paper bags/ton bags; avoid rain and heavy pressure during transportation, shelf life 12 months.
Higher reinforcement efficiency (20-40% strength increase at same addition level), lower oil absorption (saving resin consumption), and better temperature resistance (withstanding over 800℃).
